Hollandaise Sauce Ingredients:
- Eggs (06)
- Eggs (02)
- Salt (1/4 Tsp)
- Black Pepper (1/4 Tsp)
- Lemon juice(1/2 tsp)
- Worcestershire Sauce (1/2 Tsp)
- Mustard Paste (1 Tsp)
- Melted Butter (30 gm)
Ingredients for preparing eggs benedict:
- Burger Bun or English Muffins (2 Bottom)
- Beef Pepperoni (6-8 Slices)
Directions for How to Make Eggs Benedict:
1 Take two eggs in a bowl, add salt, black pepper, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard paste and whisk it well.
2Add melted butter and whisk it continuously to make it thick texture sauce.
3Prepare poached eggs, Boil water in a pan, gently place two eggs in boiling water and poach for 5-6 mins.
4heat a pan, add 2 tsp vegetable oil, place bottom of a burger bun or English muffins.
5heat a pan and cook 6-8 slices of beef pepperoni.
6 place the bottom of the bun, add beef pepperoni, then add poached eggs and pour hollandaise sauce over it. eggs benedict is ready to serve. You may serve it with a fruit cocktail and made our style presentation.
