Ingredients for Chicken Roulade:

  • Chicken Breast (150-200 gm)
  • Salt (1/2 Tsp)
  • Black Pepper (1/2 Tsp)
  • Garlic Paste (1/2 Tsp)
  • Mustard Paste (1 Tsp)
  • HP Sauce (1/2 Tsp)
  • Worcestershire Sauce (1/2 Tsp)

Ingredients for chicken roulade stuffing ideas:

  • Spinach
  • Red Capsicum 10-Gm (Slices)
  • Yellow Capsicum 10-GM (Slices)
  • Green Capsicum 10-GM (Slices)
  • Cheddar Cheese 20-GM (Slices)
  • Pineapple 10-GM (Slices)
  • Chicken Sausage 10-GM (Slices)
  • BEEF Pepperoni 10-GM (Slices)
  • Olive 5-GM

Ingredients for Coating:

  • White Flour
  • Whisked Egg
  • Bread Crumbs

Ingredients for Egg Fried Rice:

  • Vegetable Oil (5 Tsp)
  • Whisked Egg (02 Eggs)
  • Carrot & Cabbage 40-GM (Chopped)
  • Rice Boiled (300 GM)
  • Chicken Powder (1 Tsp)
  • Black Pepper (1/2 Tsp)
  • White Pepper (1/2 Tsp)
  • Green Onion 15-GM (Chopped)

Ingredients for BBQ Sauce:

  • Vegetable Oil (2 Tsp)
  • Garlic Paste (1/2 Tsp)
  • Red Sauce (50 Gm)
  • BBQ Sauce (2 Tsp)

Directions for How to make chicken roulade:

1Take chicken breast piece and cut into Layer.

2Take a plastic cover and wrap the chicken layer in spreading way.

3 Take Meat Mallet and flatten the chicken, put salt, black paper, garlic paste, mustard paste, HP sauce, Worcestershire Sauce on chicken, cover the chicken surface with these ingredient’s mixture and let it rest for 20 Mins.

4 Stuff the Chicken with Spinach, Red Capsicum, Yellow Capsicum, Green Capsicum, Cheddar Cheese, Pineapple, Chicken Sausage, Beef Pepperoni, Olive and roll the stuffed chicken into the cover and again flatten with Meat Mallet, Make a roll of stuffed flatten chicken.

5for coating, Firstly coat stuffed chicken roll in white flour from each side, secondly coat it in the whisked egg, lastly coat it with bread crumbs.

6heat a clay pot, place coated stuffed chicken roll in preheated vegetable oil, and cook for 5-6 mins.

7Heat a clay pot to prepare egg fried rice, add olive oil, Whisked Egg and stir it well, then add chopped carrot, chopped cabbage, boiled rice, chicken powder, black pepper, white pepper, and Green Onion and mix it all very well. here it is your egg fried rice are ready.

8To prepare BBQ sauce, heat a pan add Vegetable Oil, add Garlic Paste saute for 10 Sec, add Red Sauce cook and mix for 1 Minute, then add BBQ Sauce cook and mix for 2 Minute, here tasty BBQ Sauce is ready.
