Ingredients for preparing vegetables:
- Butter (2 Tsp)
- Chopped Onion (20 gm)
- Green Capsicum cubes (20 gm)
- Red Capsicum cubes (20 gm)
- Yellow Capsicum cubes (20 gm)
- Tomato cubes (10 gm)
- Sliced Mushroom (20 gm)
- Black Pepper (1/4 Tsp)
- Salt (1/4 Tsp)
- Fresh Coriander
- Dried Parsley (1/2 Tsp)
- Cheddar cheese (30 gm)
Directions for How to Make veggie Omelette:
1Heat a pan, add butter and spread in whole pan, add Chopped Onion, Green Capsicum cubes, Red Capsicum cubes, Yellow Capsicum cubes, Tomato cubes, Sliced Mushroom and mix it well, then add Black Pepper, Salt, and saute for 2 mins, add Fresh Coriander and dried Parsley mix it well and set a side.
2 Take two eggs in a bowl, add Black Pepper (1/4 Tsp), Salt (1/2 Tsp) whisk it well.
3 Heat a pan, add 2 tsp butter and spread in whole pan, add whisked eggs and cook it for 3 to 5 mins also flip from each side.
4 Add vegetables in one half of the egg, add cheddar cheese (30 gm) and flip other half of egg over this veggie stuffing.
5 Present it with sauteed vegetables in serving dish like we did it.
