- Onion (500 gm)
- Green chilli (50 gm)
- Ginger (100 gm)
- Coriander (50 gm)
- Tomato (500 gm)
- Cooking oil (300 ml)
- Salt (1.5 tbsp)
- Red chilli (2 tbsp)
- Turmeric (1 tbsp)
- Cumin (1 tbsp)
- Coriander powder (1 tbsp)
- Black pepper (1 tbsp)
- Yogurt (200 gm)
- Daal mash boiled (1/2 kg)
- Butter (200 gm)
Howe to make Daal Mash Recipe step by step:
Take 1/2 kg daal mash and boil it for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and fry onion until golden brown.

Add 1 tbsp salt and mix well.
