Tasty Daal Mash Recipe

This recipe is about the Special dhaba style daal mash recipe Pakistani flavor. Daal mash is a traditional dish in Pakistani or Indian cuisine. Recipe ingredients

  • Onion (500 gm)
  • Green chilli (50 gm)
  • Ginger (100 gm)
  • Coriander (50 gm)
  • Tomato (500 gm)
  • Cooking oil (300 ml)
  • Salt (1.5 tbsp)
  • Red chilli (2 tbsp)
  • Turmeric (1 tbsp)
  • Cumin (1 tbsp)
  • Coriander powder (1 tbsp)
  • Black pepper (1 tbsp)
  • Yogurt (200 gm)
  • Daal mash boiled (1/2 kg)
  • Butter (200 gm)

Howe to make Daal Mash Recipe step by step:


Take 1/2 kg daal mash and boil it for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and fry onion until golden brown.

Add 1 tbsp salt and mix well.

Add tomato paste and chopped tomatoes in it.

Then add red chili, turmeric, cumin, coriander powder, and black pepper and mix well.

Then add yogurt and mix.

Then add boiled daal mash in it and mix well.

Then add butter and cook for 10-15 minutes with a covered lid.
