- whole chicken(with skin) half
- mustard paste (5tsp)
- salt (1tsp)
- black pepper (1/2tsp)
- white pepper (1/2tsp)
- thyme (1/2tsp)
- parsley (1tsp)
- vinegar (2tsp)
- garlic paste (1tsp)
- Worcestershire sauce (2tsp)
- lemon one
- peri peri sauce (4tsp)
- zucchini 1
- carrot 1
- green capsicum 1
basic sauce ingredients
- mustard paste (1tbsp)
- salt (1pinch)
- black pepper (1pinch)
- balsamic vinegar (2tbsp)
How to make peri peri chicken recipe step by step:
Take half chicken and make cuts on it.

Take a bowl and add mustard paste, salt, black pepper, white pepper, thyme, parsley, vinegar, garlic paste, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice and mix them well.
