Start your day with this breakfast recipe that makes your energy level one step up with our unique recipe of sweet paratha recipe with coconut and nuts. High source of energy with pure natural ingredients like Jaggery powder, cream, butter, nuts and coconut etc.
Ingredients for Bread/Paratha Making:
- Flour (1 KG)
- Salt (1-1/2 Tsp)
- Ghee (4 Tbsp)
- Water (600 ML)
- Jaggery Powder (5 Tsp)
- Coconut – Crushed (2 Tsp)
Ingredients of Jaggery Sauce:
- Butter (2 Tsp)
- Jaggery Powder (5 Tsp)
- Fresh Cream (3 Tsp)
- Dry Nuts (4 Tsp)
Directions for How to Make sweet Paratha:
1 Take flour in a bowl, add Salt, ghee and water then knead it well.
2 Let it rest for 20 mins.
3 Spread dry flour over knead flour, press it and roll out evenly till well pressed round shape. prepare two pieces.
4 Spread jaggery powder over flatbread.
5Spread crushed coconut over flatbread and place ghee at the corners.
6 Place other part of flatbread over it.
7 Place it over pre heated oil Pan and also place ghee over the roti / bread and fry untill brown by flipping it from both sides.
8 Set a side and place it in serving dish.
9 Prepare jaggery sauce, add butter in a heated pan, add jaggery powder and cook until jaggery powder melts, add fresh cream and stir it well.
10 Spread Jaggery sauce evenly over Paratha.
11Spread crushed coconut, dry nuts and fresh cream over it.
