This recipe is about fresh homemade Macaroni salad recipe . Macaroni salad is very easy, tasty and quick to make dish. It is also very unique and quick recipe to include in your iftar menu. It is best for diet conscious people as it has no use of oil.

Recipe ingredients


  • elbow macaroni
  • chicken(boneless)
  • onion
  • tomato
  • green capsicum
  • green onion
  • white grams
  • corn
  • oregano
  • parsley
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • chili flakes
  • tomato ketchup
  • vinegar
  • lemon juice

How to make homemade Macaroni salad step by step:

Boil macaroni in a pan for 10-12 minutes and stain, add some oil and set aside.

Heat some water and add chicken in it and boil.

Then add capsicum, tomato and onion in boiled macaroni.

Then add oregano, chilli flakes, dry parsley, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, boiled white grams, boiled corns and ketchup and vinegar and mix well.

Then add boiled chicken and mix well.

Then garnish it with spring onion.
