Hollandaise Sauce Ingredients:

  • Eggs (06)
  • Eggs (02)
  • Salt (1/4 Tsp)
  • Black Pepper (1/4 Tsp)
  • Lemon juice(1/2 tsp)
  • Worcestershire Sauce (1/2 Tsp)
  • Mustard Paste (1 Tsp)
  • Melted Butter (30 gm)

Ingredients for preparing eggs benedict:

  • Burger Bun or English Muffins (2 Bottom)
  • Beef Pepperoni (6-8 Slices)

Directions for How to Make Eggs Benedict:

1 Take two eggs in a bowl, add salt, black pepper, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard paste and whisk it well.

2Add melted butter and whisk it continuously to make it thick texture sauce.

3Prepare poached eggs, Boil water in a pan, gently place two eggs in boiling water and poach for 5-6 mins.
