Ingredients for grilled Fish Marination:
- Fish Boneless (200 gm)
- Salt (1/4 Tsp)
- Black Pepper (1/2 Tsp)
- White Pepper (1/4 Tsp)
- Garlic Paste (1/4 Tsp)
- Mustard Paste (1/2 Tsp)
- Vegetable Oil (2 Tsp)

- Whisked Egg (01)
- White Flour (200 gm)
Ingredients for Sauteed Vegetables:
- Vegetable Oil (2 Tsp)
- Onion Chopped (2 Tsp)
- Garlic Paste (1/4 Tsp)
- Salt (1/2 tsp)
- Black Pepper (1/2 Tsp)
- Carrot – Boiled
- Green Beans- Boiled
- Broccoli – Boiled
Ingredients for Lemon Butter Sauce:
- Butter (1 Tbsp)
- Sugar (4 Tbsp)
- Water (1/2 Cup)
- Vinegar (1/2 Tsp)
- Lemon Juice (1 Tsp)
- Corn Flour (1/2 Tsp)
Steps to make grilled fish with lemon butter sauce:
1Take 200 gm boneless Fish and place it at a side of plate then add Salt, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Garlic Paste, Mustard Paste, Vegetable Oil as per quantities mentioned above and Mix it well.
2Marinate the Fish and Let it keep Marinated for 30 mins.
3Lets coat it in whisked egg first then White flour and repeat the procedure respectively.
4Take 5 tsp vegetable oil heat a grill pan and place coated fish on the pan and grill it for 8 to 10 mins and set a side.
5Prepare Sauteed Vegetables for presentation with fish, heat a pan and add vegetable oil, chopped onion, garlic paste and toss it well in same heated pan then add boiled carrots, green beans, broccoli, salt and black pepper then toss it and mix it well and set a side in a dish.
6Prepare lemon butter sauce for garnishing, heat a pan and add butter, sugar and cook until brown texture then add water and mix it well, add vinegar, lemon juice and corn flour and mix it well. here it is your lemon butter sauce is ready with thick texture pour it over grilled fish served with sauteed vegetables at a side.
