Recipe ingredients
- Powder Sugar (120 g)
- Milk (50 g)
- Egg (1)
- Yogert (40 g)
- Oil (60 ml)
- Vanilla (1/4 Tsp)
- Salt (2 Pinch)
- Red Food Color (1 Tsp)
- White Vinegar (1 Tsp)
- Flour (150 g)
- Baking Soda (1/2 Tsp)
- Baking Powder (1 Tsp)
- Coco Power (1/4 Tsp)
For Frosting
- Cream Cheese (70 g)
- Butter (70 g)
- Powder Sugar (70 g)
- Lemon Juice (1/4 Tsp)
How to make Bundt cake step by step:
Add one egg and powder sugar in a bowl and mix it well.
Add 40 gm yogurt and mix it well.
Add 60 ml oil and mix it well.
Add 150 gm Flour and 1 tsp Baking Powder and mix it well.
Add 1 tsp White Vinegar and 1 tsp Red Food Color and mix it well.
Add 6 ml water and mix it well.
Pour this mixture into a bundt pan and bake it for 20 min at 250 degree centigrade.
Bundt Cake is ready, cool it for a while.
For Cream Cheese Frosting, add 70 gm cream cheese, 70 gm butter, 70 gm milk and blend it well. Keep adding powder sugar and blend continuously untill uniform texture.
Add 1/4 tsp lemon juice and mix it well.
Add this mixture into a butter paper wrap and pour over freshly made red velvet bundt cake.
