- Butter (300 gm)
- Icing sugar (50 gm)
- White flour (170 gm)
- Water (1/2 cup)
- Corn flour (3 tbsp)
- Sugar (1/2 cup)
- Lemon juice (5 tbsp)
- Egg yolks (3)
- Egg whites (3)

Add 100 gm butter and icing sugar in a bowl and mix well.
