Aloo gobi recipe is our traditional dish. It is cooked in almost every house and loved by everyone. In today’s video, we will tell you how to make aloo gobi in a simple and tasty way without any spices cooked in its own flavor.
Recipe ingredients
- cauliflower 1 medium-sized (small chunks)
- potatoes 2 (peeled & cubed)
- vegetable oil (1/2 cup)
- onion 1
- ginger paste (1tsp)
- garlic paste (1tsp)
- green chili 1tsp (chopped)
- chicken cube (one)
- fresh coriander
Howe to make Aloo gobi recipe step by step:
medium sized cauliflower and cut it into samll pieces.

soak in water for 10 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a clay pot.

Add chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes.

Add ginger and garlic paste and fry until golden brown.

Add chopped green chilies and saute for 1 minute.

Take 2 potatoes, peel it and cut it into medium-sized cubes.
