Recipe ingredients
- Pheoni (500 gm)
- Butter (100 gm)
- Khoya (200 gm)
- Fresh cream (150 gm)
- Mozzarella cheese (100 gm)
- Sugar (1 cup)
- Water (1 cup)
- Lemon juice (4-5 drops)
- Pistachio (crushed)
Howe to make Kunafa Recipe step by step:
Take 500 gm pheoni and crush in a bowl.
Add butter in it and mix well with help of hands.
Spread half of this in a pan and press well with masher.
Add khoya and fresh cream in a bowl and mix.
Spread evenly this mixture on pheoni.
Add mozzarella cheese and spread it on khoya mixture.
Spread the remaining pheoni mixture on it and press well with masher.
Cook this on low heat untill golden brown.
Transfer this in a plate.
Heat water in a pan and sugar in it to prepare sugar syrup.
Add some lemon drops and cook untill thickens.
Spread this syrup on prepared kunafa.
Garnish it with crushed pistachio.
