- Chicken (1 kg)
- Tomato (300 gm)
- Onion (300 gm)
- Ginger (100 gm)
- Green Chilli (100 gm)
- Salt (1 tbsp)
- Oil (100 ml)
- Yogurt (200 gm)
- Black Pepper (2 tbsp)
- Coriander Powder (1 tbsp)
- Fresh Coriander (100 gm)
- Fresh Cream
Howe to make Black Pepper Chicken Karahi Recipe step by step:
Add chicken, tomato, onion,ginger,green chill and salt in a pot and add some water.
Cook for 10-15 min with covered lid.
Stir in between.
Cook for another 10 min untill water absorbed.
Add cooking oil and cook well for 5 minutes.
Add yogurt, black pepper and coriander powder and fresh coriander and cook for 5-10 minutes .
Shift to a serving bowl and garnish with ginger, green chilli,corinader,tomato slices and fresh cream.
