- Onion (300 gm)
- Green chili (100 gm)
- Ginger (100 gm)

- Salt (1 tbsp)

Howe to make Bengali Chicken Handi Recipe step by step:
Add some water to the pan and add onion, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, and green chilies.
Cook it for 5 minutes.
Put all ingredients in a blender and grind it.
Heat cooking oil in a clay pot and add chicken to it.
Cook chicken for 5 minutes.
Add salt in it and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the blended paste in the chicken.
Add red chili powder and turmeric and cook for 9-10 minutes.
Add yogurt and butter and cook well.
Add 4-5 whole red chili, cumin powder, black pepper and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add fresh cream and fresh coriander.
cook until oil separates.
Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with ginger, green chilies, almonds, and boiled eggs.
