- Red Food Color (1 Tsp)
- Turmeric Powder (1 Tsp)
- Coriander Powder (3 Tsp)
- Cumin Powder (3 tsp)
- Garlic Paste (1 tsp)
- Cumin Seeds (2 Tsp)
- Fresh Coriander (10 gm)
How to cook Bamboo mutton masala step by step:
1To make mutton ghost ka salan, Take Mutton in a bowl, add Vegetable Oil, chopped Onion, Tomato Cubes, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Red Food Color, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Garlic Paste, Cumin Seeds, Fresh Coriander and marinate it well to make mutton lajawab.
