  • Chicken 500 GM
  • Yogurt 250 GM
  • Salt 2 TSP
  • Turmeric Powder 1 TSP
  • Red Chilli Powder 2 TSP
  • Ajwain 2 TSP
  • Cumin Seeds 1 TSP 
  • Onion (chopped) 30 GM
  • Garlic Paste 2 TSP
  • Dry Nuts 50 GM
  • Tomato (cubes) 50 GM
  • Lemon Juice 1 TSP
  • Coconut Milk 100 ML
  • Green Cardamom 1 TSP
  • Whole Spices 10 GM

Directions for How to make Bamboo Chicken Masala step by step:


1To make Bamboo Chicken Masala, Take Chicken in a bowl, add Yogurt, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Ajwain, Cumin Seeds, Onion, Garlic Paste, Dry Nuts, Tomato, Lemon Juice, Coconut Milk, Green Cardamom, Whole Spices and marinate it well for 30 Minutes to make chicken well prepared.

2While cooking in the forest or doing adventure cooking, Take a bamboo, fill the bamboo center hole with marinated chicken then seal it with banana leaf..

3 Place filled bamboos on fire and cook for 30-40 mins.
